【摘要】：目的了解中國(guó)民航飛行學(xué)院飛行人員干眼癥患病現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。方法采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,以1 554名中國(guó)民航飛行學(xué)院飛行人員為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和眼科檢查。結(jié)果 1 554名飛行人員干眼癥的患病率為6.44%(100/1 554)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡為26~歲組飛行人員罹患干眼癥的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)低于年齡為18~歲組(P0.05);飛行時(shí)間為1~h組者罹患干眼癥的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)低于飛行時(shí)間為0~h組(P0.05);有口干癥狀者罹患干眼癥的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于無(wú)口干癥狀者(P0.05);手機(jī)使用時(shí)間為4~h/d組者罹患干眼癥的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于手機(jī)使用時(shí)間2~h/d組者(P0.05)。結(jié)論中國(guó)民航飛行學(xué)院飛行員干眼癥的患病率相對(duì)較低;但仍應(yīng)采取有效措施,加強(qiáng)對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群干眼癥的防治工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of xerophthalmia and its influencing factors in flight personnel of China Civil Aviation Institute. Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out on 1 554 pilots of the China Civil Aviation Institute of China (CAAC). The subjects were investigated by questionnaire and ophthalmologic examination. Results the prevalence of dry eye in 1 554 pilots was 6.44% (100 / 1 554). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, The risk of xerophthalmia was lower in the 26 ~ year old group than that in the 18 ~ year old group (P0.05); the risk of dry eye disease was lower in the 1 hour flight time group than that in the 0 hour flight time group (P0.05); the risk of dry eye disease was higher in those with dry mouth symptoms than that in the non-dry eye group (P0.05). Patients with dry mouth symptoms (P0.05); the risk of dry eye disease in 4~h/d group was higher than that in 2~h/d group (P0.05). Conclusion the prevalence of xerophthalmia in pilots of CAFI is relatively low, but effective measures should be taken to strengthen the prevention and treatment of xerophthalmia in key population groups.
