【摘要】：目的為了戰(zhàn)時更好地救治傷后官兵,滿足官兵傷后對無菌醫(yī)療用品的需求,保證一線救治醫(yī)療活動的無菌醫(yī)療器具供應。方法采取實驗調(diào)查的方法,掌握高原影響滅菌工作的因素,根據(jù)滅菌原理,結(jié)合地域特點,提出選用136℃作為高原地區(qū)滅菌溫度的方法進行實驗。結(jié)果選用儀表溫度示值136℃20 min滅菌方法后,滅菌效果監(jiān)測達到滅菌效果評價標準,可以滿足海拔高度≤5 380 m滅菌條件需求。結(jié)論儀表溫度示值136℃20 min滅菌,提高了高原地區(qū)部隊的滅菌工作質(zhì)量,有利于戰(zhàn)時滅菌物品供應,促進了戰(zhàn)時衛(wèi)勤保障能力的提高。
