【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查潛水員的心理健康狀況及其與個(gè)性、防御機(jī)制的關(guān)系。方法:采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、卡特爾16種個(gè)性因素問卷(16PF)和防御方式問卷(DSQ)對414名海軍潛水員進(jìn)行團(tuán)體測驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:潛水員SCL-90的9項(xiàng)因子分均低于常模,與6種個(gè)性因素相關(guān)顯著(P0.01),與3種個(gè)性因素相關(guān)不顯著(P0.05),其余7種個(gè)性因素則與SCL-90的部分因子相關(guān)顯著。潛水員主要應(yīng)用成熟防御機(jī)制,不成熟和中間型防御機(jī)制與SCL-90的因子分之間相關(guān)顯著。結(jié)論:潛水員心理健康狀況良好,受個(gè)性和防御機(jī)制的影響較大。培養(yǎng)良好的個(gè)性和積極的防御機(jī)制將有助于維護(hù)心理健康,有利于順利完成水下作業(yè)任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of divers and its relationship with personality and defense mechanism. Methods: the symptom Checklist (SCL-90), Cattell's 16 Personality Factor questionnaire (16PF) and Defense style questionnaire (DSQ) were used to test 414 naval divers. Results: the scores of 9 factors in SCL-90 of divers were all lower than those of norm, and were significantly correlated with 6 personality factors (P0.01), but not with 3 personality factors (P0.05). The other 7 personality factors were significantly correlated with some factors of SCL-90. Divers mainly use mature defense mechanisms, immature and intermediate defense mechanisms and SCL-90 factor scores are significantly correlated. Conclusion: the mental health of divers is good and influenced by personality and defense mechanism. Cultivating good personality and active defense mechanism will help to maintain mental health and successfully accomplish underwater task.
