飛行員嚴(yán)重飛行錯(cuò)覺的臨床研究

【摘要】:目的:規(guī)范嚴(yán)重飛行錯(cuò)覺的概念、診斷方法和鑒定原則。方法:總結(jié)25例飛行員的嚴(yán)重飛行錯(cuò)覺資料。結(jié)果:①傾斜錯(cuò)覺、前庭本體性錯(cuò)覺、Ⅱ型飛行錯(cuò)覺、生理心理性錯(cuò)覺所占比例較高。②在25例嚴(yán)重飛行錯(cuò)覺中,3例發(fā)生機(jī)毀人亡的A類飛行事故,13例飛行不合格做停飛處理,9例飛行合格恢復(fù)飛行。結(jié)論:嚴(yán)重飛行錯(cuò)覺是造成飛行員停飛和危及飛行安全的重要原因,本文的研究內(nèi)容可作為今后判定、診斷和鑒定嚴(yán)重飛行錯(cuò)覺的參考。
