【摘要】：目的探討地震災(zāi)害救援官兵心理變化規(guī)律,為今后部隊(duì)執(zhí)行多樣化軍事任務(wù)中開(kāi)展心理疏導(dǎo)和心理干預(yù)工作提供依據(jù)。方法分析抗震救災(zāi)不同時(shí)期救援官兵的心理特征,總結(jié)救援部隊(duì)開(kāi)展心理輔導(dǎo)和心理教育的做法、經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出今后部隊(duì)執(zhí)行非戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)軍事任務(wù)中開(kāi)展心理干預(yù)建議。結(jié)果救援官兵心理隨著抗震救災(zāi)不同時(shí)期任務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)換而呈現(xiàn)不同特征;根據(jù)任務(wù)、環(huán)境特點(diǎn),開(kāi)展不同形式的心理干預(yù),有助于穩(wěn)定官兵情緒,減少心理適應(yīng)不良的發(fā)生。結(jié)論今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)非戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)軍事行動(dòng)中官兵心理變化規(guī)律的研究,科學(xué)對(duì)待官兵心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng);部隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)立足于平時(shí)的心理訓(xùn)練和心理疏導(dǎo),提高官兵對(duì)各種情境心理耐受力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the law of psychological change in earthquake disaster relief officers and soldiers, and to provide the basis for psychological counseling and psychological intervention in the future. Methods the psychological characteristics of rescue officers and soldiers in different periods of earthquake relief were analyzed, and the methods of psychological counseling and psychological education for rescue troops were summarized, and the suggestions for psychological intervention in carrying out non-war military tasks in the future were put forward. Results the psychological characteristics of rescue officers and soldiers showed different characteristics with the change of tasks in different periods of earthquake relief, and different forms of psychological intervention according to the characteristics of mission and environment were helpful to stabilize the officers and soldiers' mood and reduce the occurrence of psychological maladjustment. Conclusion in the future, we should strengthen the research on the law of psychological change of officers and soldiers in non-war military action, treat the psychological stress reaction of officers and soldiers scientifically, and improve the psychological tolerance of officers and soldiers to various situations by basing on the psychological training and psychological guidance in peacetime.
