【摘要】：目的探討雙極射頻輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)軍事訓(xùn)練傷的治療效果。方法2003年3月～2006年12月,56例膝關(guān)節(jié)軍事訓(xùn)練傷患者行關(guān)節(jié)鏡檢查和雙極射頻輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療。術(shù)后所有病例隨訪觀察,記錄臨床檢查結(jié)果和Lysholm評(píng)分。結(jié)果各種損傷類(lèi)型單獨(dú)統(tǒng)計(jì),半月板損傷52例,內(nèi)側(cè)副韌帶損傷2例,外側(cè)副韌帶損傷1例,前交叉韌帶損傷17例,后交叉韌帶損傷3例。內(nèi)外側(cè)副韌帶損傷采用開(kāi)放手術(shù)治療,其余損傷均采用雙極射頻輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡修復(fù)與重建。術(shù)后隨訪8～16個(gè)月,平均12個(gè)月,療效滿意,隨訪優(yōu)良率達(dá)96%。結(jié)論膝關(guān)節(jié)軍事訓(xùn)練傷的主要特點(diǎn)是半月板和膝關(guān)節(jié)韌帶損傷,雙極射頻輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療具有創(chuàng)傷小、并發(fā)癥少和功能恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of bipolar radiofrequency arthroscopy on knee joint military training injury. Methods from March 2003 to December 2006, 56 cases of knee joint military training injury underwent arthroscopy and bipolar radiofrequency assisted arthroscopy. All cases were followed up and the results of clinical examination and Lysholm score were recorded. Results there were 52 cases of meniscus injury, 2 cases of medial collateral ligament injury, 1 case of lateral collateral ligament injury, 17 cases of anterior cruciate ligament injury and 3 cases of posterior cruciate ligament injury. Internal and external collateral ligament injuries were treated by open surgery, and other injuries were repaired and reconstructed by bipolar radiofrequency assisted arthroscopy. All patients were followed up for 8 ~ 16 months (mean 12 months) with satisfactory curative effect. The excellent and good rate of follow-up was 96%. Conclusion the main characteristics of knee joint military training injury are meniscus and knee ligament injury. Bipolar radiofrequency assisted arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of less trauma, fewer complications and faster functional recovery.
