【摘要】:【目的】探討模擬失重條件下大鼠比目魚肌梭外肌纖維和梭內(nèi)肌纖維肌球蛋白重鏈表達(dá)的變化。【方法】采用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù) ,檢測模擬失重條件下大鼠比目魚肌梭內(nèi)肌纖維及梭外外肌纖維對單克隆抗體NOQ7.5 .4.D和MY32的免疫反應(yīng)性!窘Y(jié)果】經(jīng)歷模擬失重的大鼠比目魚肌Ⅰ型纖維 (對NOQ7.5 .4.D呈陽性反應(yīng) )的構(gòu)成比減少 ,Ⅱ型纖維 (對抗體MY32呈陽性反應(yīng) )的構(gòu)成比增加。模擬失重 3d ,7d ,14d ,30d組Ⅰ型肌纖維分別占 86 96 % ,84 91% (P 0 0 1) ,6 9 14%(P 0 0 1) ,6 6 0 7% (P 0 0 1) ;Ⅱ型纖維分別占
