【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)預(yù)防性用藥,觀察大鼠在寒冷條件下凍區(qū)組織形態(tài)學(xué)的病理變化,評(píng)價(jià)抗寒霜對(duì)減輕組織損傷,提高御寒能力的作用,為寒區(qū)部隊(duì)預(yù)防凍傷提供有效的藥物及給藥途徑。方法:制備大鼠左后足凍傷模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)分3組,對(duì)照組為凍傷模型組,實(shí)驗(yàn)1組為抗寒Ⅰ霜組,實(shí)驗(yàn)2組為抗寒Ⅱ霜組,全麻下取大鼠凍區(qū)組織,觀察其病理改變。結(jié)果:3組大鼠凍區(qū)的表皮組織、外周神經(jīng)纖維、肌肉組織、血管組織均有明顯的病理改變,其中對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)2組大鼠的表皮組織均有明顯的空泡樣變性其發(fā)生率明顯高于實(shí)驗(yàn)1組(P0.01),3組大鼠均有不同程度的血管內(nèi)損傷,管腔內(nèi)有大量的紅細(xì)胞堆積,其中對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)2組的發(fā)生率明顯高于實(shí)驗(yàn)1組(P0.05),對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)2組均有肌纖維斷裂或肌漿紅染現(xiàn)象,表明肌肉組織的代謝發(fā)生障礙。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果還表明,3組大鼠的周圍神經(jīng)纖維髓鞘均有退行性變。結(jié)論:抗寒霜對(duì)提高寒冷條件下大鼠的御寒能力,減輕組織損傷具有一定的作用。
