頸肌強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練對(duì)預(yù)防加速度致飛行員頸部損傷的作用

【摘要】:目的:頸部損傷是與高性能戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)飛行員密切相關(guān)的問題。通過對(duì)飛行員在飛行中發(fā)生頸部損傷的發(fā)生率、發(fā)生機(jī)制和防護(hù)方法進(jìn)行綜述和分析,尋求目前公認(rèn)的、有效的和可行的能減少加速度致高性能戰(zhàn)斗飛行員頸部損傷的方法。資料來源:通過計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Medline1980-01/2004-03和Embase1980-01/2004-03期間的英文文獻(xiàn),檢索詞為pilot/aviation,acceler-ation,highperformanceaircraft,neck/cervicalinjury,另一些文章和資料通過手工檢索中文雜志和專著。資料選擇:對(duì)資料進(jìn)行初審,選取該領(lǐng)域的研究原著,查找全文。資料提煉:共收集到42篇關(guān)于空軍飛行員在軍事飛行中發(fā)生頸部損傷的發(fā)生率、發(fā)生機(jī)制和防護(hù)方法方面的文章。資料綜合:通過分析和綜述加速度引起飛行員頸部損傷的發(fā)生率、發(fā)生機(jī)制和防護(hù)方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)通過頸肌訓(xùn)練的飛行員和能在空戰(zhàn)動(dòng)作中正確運(yùn)用頸肌保持頭部姿態(tài)的飛行員能減少頸部損傷。結(jié)論:軍事飛行和飛行訓(xùn)練中因加速度引起頸部損傷在所難免,保護(hù)頭盔、頭盔顯示裝置和供氧裝具的重量加重了這方面的問題,為了最大限度地發(fā)揮飛機(jī)的性能,并減少加速致頸部損傷,應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)飛行員加強(qiáng)地面頸肌強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練和掌握保持頭部的正確姿態(tài)的技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: neck injury is a problem closely related to high performance fighter pilots. By summarizing and analyzing the incidence, mechanism and protective methods of neck injury in pilots during flight, this paper seeks a generally accepted, effective and feasible method to reduce the neck injury caused by acceleration in combat pilots with high performance. Data sources: a computer-based search of Medline for English literature from March 2004 to March 2004 and Embase 1980-01 / 2004-03 was carried out with the key words pilot / aviation / acceler-ation / high performance / certial injury.The other articles and materials were manually searched for Chinese magazines and monographs. Data selection: the first review of the data, select the original works in this field, find the full text. Data extraction: a total of 42 articles were collected on the incidence, mechanism and protective measures of neck injury in air force pilots. Data synthesis: by analyzing and summarizing the incidence, mechanism and protective methods of neck injury caused by acceleration, It is found that the neck injury can be reduced by the pilots trained by the cervical muscles and the pilots who can use the cervical muscles correctly to maintain the head posture in the air combat. Conclusion: neck damage caused by acceleration is inevitable in military flight and flight training. The weight of protective helmet, helmet display device and oxygen supply equipment has aggravated this problem, in order to maximize the performance of aircraft, In order to reduce the neck injury caused by acceleration, pilots should be encouraged to strengthen the strength training of the ground neck muscle and to master the technique of maintaining the correct posture of the head.
