人工重力聯(lián)合運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉對(duì)4d頭低位臥床期間心血管功能的影響

【摘要】:目的利用頭低位臥床模擬失重模型,觀察人工重力聯(lián)合運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉對(duì)抗短期模擬失重致心血管功能失調(diào)的作用效果。方法 12名男性受試者隨機(jī)平均分為兩組:對(duì)照組和對(duì)抗組。對(duì)照組僅進(jìn)行4 d頭低位臥床,對(duì)抗組利用SAC-Ⅱ型短臂離心機(jī)在臥床期間每天進(jìn)行1 h梯度(1~2 G)人工重力聯(lián)合40 W運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉。所有受試者臥床前后進(jìn)行立位耐力、心臟泵血與收縮功能、最大工作負(fù)荷(PWC170)、乆靜脈順應(yīng)性測試。結(jié)果與臥床前相比,對(duì)照組臥床后立位耐力、心臟泵血與收縮功能、PWC170顯著降低(P0.05),乆靜脈橫截面積及順應(yīng)性顯著升高(P0.05)。對(duì)抗組上述參數(shù)在臥床前后無明顯變化。結(jié)論 4 d頭低位臥床可導(dǎo)致心臟泵血和收縮功能降低,運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力下降以及下肢靜脈順應(yīng)性明顯升高。每天1h梯度(1~2 G)人工重力聯(lián)合40 W運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉能夠有效維持頭低位臥床期間心臟泵血和收縮功能、運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力以及靜脈順應(yīng)性。
