【摘要】：應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)對(duì)軍用藥品供應(yīng)管理分離的資金流、藥品流、信息流進(jìn)行整合,形成一個(gè)完整的供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng),是適應(yīng)新軍事變革的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。文章將供應(yīng)鏈管理思想引入軍用藥品供應(yīng)管理,從建立與供應(yīng)商的合作伙伴關(guān)系、完善軍用藥品網(wǎng)上采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)、優(yōu)化軍用藥品供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理和構(gòu)建其績(jī)效評(píng)估體系等方面提出了具體設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:The application of modern computer and network technology to the integration of the flow of funds, the flow of drugs and the flow of information into a complete supply chain management system is an important measure to adapt to the new military reform. This paper introduces the idea of supply chain management into military drug supply management, and improves the online procurement system of military drugs by establishing a partnership with suppliers. This paper puts forward some concrete ideas on optimizing the inventory management of military pharmaceutical supply chain and constructing its performance evaluation system.
