【摘要】：目的針對(duì)熱帶叢林巡邏中的實(shí)際情況 ,依據(jù)衛(wèi)勤保障的特點(diǎn) ,提出衛(wèi)生防病工作的基本對(duì)策。方法采取伴隨保障方式 ,根據(jù)熱帶自然地理醫(yī)學(xué)特點(diǎn)和熱帶叢林條件下野外行軍的特征 ,注重抓好熱帶叢林巡邏中衛(wèi)生防病及衛(wèi)生保障的工作要點(diǎn)。結(jié)果針對(duì)熱帶叢林巡邏中衛(wèi)生防病的特點(diǎn) ,采取 5點(diǎn)對(duì)策 :(1 )做好進(jìn)入熱帶叢林巡邏前的準(zhǔn)備工作 ;(2 )加強(qiáng)健康教育 ,增強(qiáng)自我保健能力 ;(3)搞好預(yù)防接種 ,準(zhǔn)備好巡邏中必要的物資器材 ;(4 )靈活實(shí)施組織指揮 ,科學(xué)合理安排巡邏 ;(5 )對(duì)防區(qū)邊民進(jìn)行疫情調(diào)查 ,搞好防病教育。由于采取這些措施 ,從而確保巡邏分隊(duì) 1 0年來(lái)在執(zhí)行巡邏任務(wù)中未發(fā)生一起烈性傳染病和暴發(fā)傳染病流行以及疾病傷亡事故。結(jié)論只有把握特點(diǎn) ,充分應(yīng)用對(duì)策 ,巡邏分隊(duì)才能圓滿完成守邊巡邏任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective in view of the actual situation in the patrol of tropical jungle and according to the characteristics of medical support, the basic countermeasures of health prevention and control are put forward. Methods take the accompanying guarantee method, according to the characteristics of tropical natural geography and the characteristics of the field march under the condition of tropical jungle, pay attention to the health protection and health protection in the patrol of the jungle. In view of the characteristics of health and disease prevention in the tropical jungle patrols, 5 countermeasures were taken: (1) to do a good job before the patrol of the tropical jungle; (2) strengthen health education and enhance the ability of self health care; (3) do good vaccination and prepare the necessary material and equipment on patrol; (4) flexible implementation of organizational command, scientific and reasonable To arrange patrols; (5) to investigate the epidemic situation of Frontier people in the defence areas and improve the education of disease prevention. As a result, these measures have been taken to ensure that the patrol units have not had a strong infectious disease and outbreak of infectious diseases in the course of carrying out the patrol task for 10 years and the disease casualty accidents.
