【摘要】：正第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)西京醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科創(chuàng)建于抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,1954年由著名耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)專家姜泗長(zhǎng)院士擔(dān)任首屆主任。1986年科室被批準(zhǔn)為碩士學(xué)位授予學(xué)科,1993年被批準(zhǔn)博士學(xué)位授予學(xué)科,1994年設(shè)博士后流動(dòng)站組成學(xué)科�？剖夷壳笆侵腥A醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)耳鼻咽喉分會(huì)常務(wù)委員單位、全軍耳鼻咽喉專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員單位、陜西省耳鼻咽喉學(xué)會(huì)主任委員單位�？剖乙研纬梢员莾�(nèi)鏡、耳內(nèi)鏡、喉內(nèi)鏡為主要手段,以影像導(dǎo)航、面聽(tīng)神經(jīng)監(jiān)護(hù)、激光、等離子刀、超聲刀為輔助手段的耳鼻咽喉-頭頸外科微創(chuàng)手術(shù)的臨床特色。廣泛開(kāi)展鼻腔、鼻竇、中耳、內(nèi)耳、咽喉及頭頸疾病的微創(chuàng)治療,并延伸至前顱底、側(cè)顱底、鼻顱相關(guān)、鼻眼相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,微創(chuàng)技術(shù)綜合實(shí)力在國(guó)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先或先進(jìn)水平。配備了國(guó)際先進(jìn)的聽(tīng)力學(xué)檢查設(shè)備及手術(shù)設(shè)備,�？苾x器設(shè)備價(jià)值已超過(guò)2000萬(wàn)元。先后成立了聽(tīng)力檢測(cè)中心、助聽(tīng)器選配中心,中-澳人工耳蝸植入中心,已開(kāi)展人工耳蝸植入手術(shù)100余例,并率先在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展了耳內(nèi)窺鏡下耳顯微、耳神經(jīng)外科為特色的臨床項(xiàng)目。功能性鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)起點(diǎn)高,病源多,形成規(guī)�？�,幾年來(lái)已完成各類鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)13000余例,取得了較好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。開(kāi)展的咽喉頭頸微創(chuàng)手術(shù)包括采用CO激光進(jìn)行支撐喉鏡下的喉部病變的微創(chuàng)手術(shù),微創(chuàng)軟腭支架植入,微創(chuàng)甲狀腺手術(shù)和微創(chuàng)鼻咽纖維血管瘤切除術(shù)等。此外,在聽(tīng)覺(jué)徑路神經(jīng)信息物質(zhì)的研究,沖擊波、噪聲及耳毒性藥物致聾機(jī)理的研究,耳蝸微血管調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究,前庭毛細(xì)胞再生及調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究和神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞耳蝸移植的研究等方面也具有相當(dāng)?shù)膬?yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The Department of Otolaryngology of Xijing Hospital of the fourth military Medical University was founded during the War of Resistance against Japan. In 1954, Jiang Sichang, a famous expert in otorhinolaryngology, served as the first director. In 1986, the department was approved as a master's degree and approved as a subject in 1993. The doctoral degree was awarded to the discipline, and the post-doctoral mobile station was set up in 1994 to form the subject. At present, the department is the standing committee unit of the Chinese Medical Association Otolaryngology Branch, the vice chairman unit of the professional committee of otolaryngology of the whole army, and the chairman unit of Shaanxi Province Otolaryngology Association. The clinical features of minimally invasive surgery of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery have been formed in our department with nasal endoscope, ear endoscope and laryngeal endoscope as the main means, image navigation, facial acoustic nerve monitoring, laser, plasma knife and ultrasonic knife as auxiliary means. The minimally invasive treatment of nasal cavity, sinuses, middle ear, inner ear, throat and head and neck diseases was widely carried out, and extended to the anterior skull base, lateral skull base, nasal cranial correlation, nose and eye related fields, and the comprehensive strength of minimally invasive technology was in the leading or advanced level in China. Equipped with international advanced audiology equipment and surgical equipment, the value of specialized equipment has exceeded 20 million yuan. Hearing testing centers, hearing aid matching centers, and cochlear implant centers in Central Australia have been set up successively. More than 100 cases of cochlear implants have been operated on, and they have taken the lead in developing endoscope microscopes in China. Auricular neurosurgery features clinical projects. The functional nasal endoscopy has a high starting point, many diseases and a fast forming scale. In recent years, more than 13000 cases of all kinds of endoscopic sinus surgery have been completed, and good social and economic benefits have been obtained. The laryngopharynx head and neck minimally invasive surgery includes CO laser assisted laryngoscopic laryngectomy, minimally invasive soft palate stent implantation, minimally invasive thyroid surgery and minimally invasive nasopharyngeal angiofibroma resection. In addition, in the auditory pathway neuropheromone research, shock wave, noise and ototoxic drugs induced deafness mechanism, cochlear microvascular regulation mechanism, Vestibular hair cell regeneration and regulation mechanism and neural stem cell cochlear transplantation also have considerable advantages.
