【摘要】：目的:評估汶川地震救援部隊官兵創(chuàng)傷后應激障礙(PTSD)發(fā)生狀況與其人格特征相關性.方法:采用人口學狀況調(diào)查,卡特爾16項人格問卷(16PF),PTSD自評量表(PCL-C),對武警某部174名士兵進行測試和分析.結(jié)果:PTSD再體驗癥狀、回避/麻木癥狀和高警覺癥狀均有較高的發(fā)生率,PTSD的總檢出率為5.42%;PTDS的發(fā)生與16PF中的穩(wěn)定性、恃強性、興奮性、幻想性等因素呈負相關,而與有恒性、世故性、自主性、緊張性等因素呈正相關;PTSD的發(fā)生與人口學調(diào)查中的與是否為士官呈正相關.結(jié)論:抗震救災部隊某些人格特征與其發(fā)生PTSD具有一定相關性.因此,加強部隊官兵的人格教育和塑造,對于增強官兵的心理防護能力和抗應激能力,減少非戰(zhàn)斗性減員有積極意義.
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the correlation between PTSDs and their personality characteristics in Wenchuan earthquake Rescue Force. Methods: a total of 174 soldiers in a department of armed police were tested and analyzed by demographic survey, 16 personality questionnaires and PTSD self-rating scale (PCL-CU). Results there was a higher incidence of reexperience symptom, avoidance / numbness symptom and high alert symptom. The total detection rate of 16PF was 5.42%. The incidence of PTDs was negatively correlated with the stability, intensity, excitability, fantasy and so on in 16PF. The incidence of PTSD was positively correlated with that of noncommissioned officers in demography investigation. Conclusion: some personality traits of earthquake relief troops are correlated with the occurrence of PTSD. Therefore, it is of positive significance to strengthen the personality education and molding of officers and soldiers for enhancing their ability of psychological protection and resisting stress and reducing non-combat attrition.
