【摘要】：目的探討降低舟橋部隊指戰(zhàn)員軍事訓(xùn)練期間皮膚病患病率的預(yù)防干預(yù)措施。方法對軍訓(xùn)人員進行健康教育(包括常見皮膚病知識講座及相關(guān)問卷調(diào)查等),同時在軍訓(xùn)期間采取試用防蚊蟲床單、試穿漢麻鞋襪等綜合性干預(yù)措施,至軍訓(xùn)結(jié)束后判定皮膚病的防治效果。結(jié)果健康教育講座后問卷調(diào)查及格率較講座前明顯提高(P0.01)。發(fā)放防蚊蟲床單303件,回收288件,回收率95%。統(tǒng)計使用3、6、10d時的防蚊蟲咬效果,官兵基本滿意率分別為82.3%、68.1%、62.9%,防蚊蟲床單舒適度基本滿意率分別為92.7%、88.8%、86.4%。在未用藥的情況下,試穿漢麻鞋襪的42例足癬患者中1例痊愈,22例改善,19例無變化。結(jié)論新型防蚊蟲床單有一定的防蚊作用,漢麻鞋襪對于防治足癬也有一定的效果,適合在部隊野外訓(xùn)練時使用。在部隊中廣泛開展健康教育等綜合性預(yù)防干預(yù)措施可以降低軍事訓(xùn)練人員皮膚病的患病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the prevention and intervention measures to reduce the incidence of dermatosis during military training of officers and soldiers in Zhouqiao army. Methods Health education was conducted among military trainers (including lectures on common skin diseases knowledge and questionnaire survey), and comprehensive intervention measures such as mosquito bed sheets and Chinese hemp shoes and socks were taken during military training. To the end of military training to determine the prevention and treatment of skin disease. Results after the health education lecture, the pass rate of questionnaire was significantly higher than that before the lecture. 303 mosquito bed sheets were distributed, 288 were recovered and 95% were recovered. The basic satisfaction rates of the officers and soldiers were 82.3 and 68.1and 62.9, respectively, and the basic satisfaction rates of the mosquito sheets were 92.788.888 and 86.4, respectively. Without medication, one patient with tinea pedis was cured in 22 of 42 patients with tinea pedis and 19 patients had no change. Conclusion the new mosquito bed sheets have a certain anti-mosquito effect, and the Chinese hemp shoes and socks have some effect on the prevention of tinea pedis, which is suitable for field training in the army. Comprehensive preventive measures, such as health education and so on, can reduce the incidence of dermatosis among military trainers.
