【摘要】：目的 :了解應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊官兵的肌肉暴發(fā)力情況 ,為制定合理的訓(xùn)練方法提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 :對駐西北某應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊 60 2名新、老戰(zhàn)士 10 0m跑、原地投彈和立定跳遠進行測試和比較的同時 ,并與全軍和全區(qū)非應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊以往研究資料進行比較。結(jié)果 :應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊老兵 10 0m跑 ( 14.10± 0 .80s)、原地投彈 ( 38.99± 5.80m)和立定跳遠 ( 2 .2 9± 0 .16m)成績不但明顯高于非應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊 ,而且明顯高于應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊新兵 (P 0 .0 1) ;應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊新兵除立定跳遠 ( 2 .17± 0 .16m)外 ,10 0m跑 ( 15.0 3± 0 .97s)和原地投彈 ( 34 .4 7± 5.0 3m)成績明顯比以往非應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊差 (P 0 .0 1)。結(jié)論 :經(jīng)一定時間的系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練 ,應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊士兵的肌肉暴發(fā)力明顯優(yōu)于非應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the muscle outbreak in emergency combat troops and provide scientific basis for establishing reasonable training methods. Methods: a total of 602 new and old soldiers in an emergency combat unit in Northwest China were tested and compared with the former research data of the whole army and the non-emergency combat troops in the whole area while they were running 100 m, dropping bombs in situ and standing long jump. Results: the scores of 100 m running (14.10 鹵0. 80 s), in situ bombing (38. 99 鹵5. 80 m) and standing long jump (2. 29 鹵0. 16 m) in emergency combat troops were significantly higher than those in non-emergency combat troops. And it was significantly higher than that of recruits in emergency combat troops (P 0. 01). In addition to standing long jump (2.17 鹵0.16 m), the results of 100 m run (15.03 鹵0.97 s) and in situ bombing (34.47 鹵5.03 m) of emergency combat troops were significantly lower than those of non-emergency combat troops (P 0.01). Conclusion: after a certain period of systematic training, the muscle burst strength of the soldiers of the emergency combat troops is obviously superior to that of the non-emergency combat troops.
