【摘要】：目的調(diào)查火箭軍某部軍人運用積極情緒上調(diào)方式的特點。方法采用積極情緒上調(diào)(促進)方式量表對火箭軍某部1 420名軍人進行測試,對測試結(jié)果進行年齡、人員類別、學(xué)歷層次及適應(yīng)狀況上的組間比較,并比較測驗總體采用不同積極情緒上調(diào)方式的頻率,分析很適應(yīng)和不適應(yīng)部隊生活的軍人采用積極情緒上調(diào)方式的偏好差異。結(jié)果①不同年齡段的軍人在積極投入和即刻滿足上差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),20~25歲組積極投入分最高,之后隨著年齡增長有降低的趨勢,即刻滿足分隨著年齡增長具有下降的趨勢。②不同職別的軍人在積極投入、自我完善和即刻滿足上差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),在積極投入與自我完善上軍官得分最高,而即刻滿足士兵得分最高。③不同文化層次的軍人在積極投入和即刻滿足分上差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);本科及以上學(xué)歷的軍人積極投入和自我完善分最高,即刻滿足分最低。④不同適應(yīng)狀況的軍人在即刻滿足分上差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);不適應(yīng)部隊生活的軍人積極投入和即刻滿足分最高、自我完善分最低,很適應(yīng)部隊生活的軍人自我完善分最高、即刻滿足分最低;很適應(yīng)和不適應(yīng)部隊生活的火箭軍軍人采用積極情緒上調(diào)方式的偏好差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論火箭軍軍人運用積極情緒上調(diào)方式具有年齡、職別、文化層次及適應(yīng)狀況上的特征,在火箭軍部隊開展軍人積極情緒上調(diào)訓(xùn)練,制定有效的積極情緒上調(diào)方案時應(yīng)考慮上述因素,分層次組織實施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of positive mood upregulation in a military unit of rocket army. Methods A total of 1,420 servicemen in a rocket army were tested with the positive mood upregulation (promotion) style scale, and the results were compared in terms of age, category of personnel, educational level and adaptability. The frequency of different positive mood upregulation methods was compared and the preference of the soldiers who adapted to the army life was compared with that of the soldiers who did not adapt to the army life. Results (1) there were significant differences in positive input and instant satisfaction among soldiers of different age groups. The scores of positive input were the highest in the group of 25 years of age, and then decreased with the increase of age. The score of immediate gratification decreased with age. 2 the difference in positive involvement, self-improvement and immediate satisfaction was statistically significant, and the officers scored the highest in positive involvement and self-improvement. The scores of active participation and immediate satisfaction were significantly different among the soldiers with the highest score of immediate satisfaction (3. 3) and the scores of positive participation and self-improvement were the highest among those with bachelor's degree or above, and there was significant difference between them in terms of positive participation and immediate satisfaction (P < 0. 05). The score of immediate satisfaction was the lowest (P < 0.05), and the score of active participation and immediate satisfaction was the highest, and the score of self-improvement was the lowest among the servicemen who did not adapt to the life of the army. The self-improvement score was the highest and the immediate satisfaction score was the lowest among the servicemen who were well adapted to the army life, and there were significant differences in the preference of the rocket soldiers who adapted to the life of the army and did not adapt to the life of the army to adopt the way of positive emotion upregulation (P 0.05). Conclusion the positive emotion upregulation method used by rocket soldiers has the characteristics of age, occupation, culture and adaptability, and carries out positive emotion upregulation training in the rocket army. The above factors should be taken into account in the formulation of effective positive mood upregulation program, and the implementation should be organized in different levels.
