【摘要】：目的確保野外駐訓官兵身體健康,提高衛(wèi)生防病工作能力,做好高原作戰(zhàn)衛(wèi)勤準備。方法多次遂行部隊赴高原山地擔負野外駐訓衛(wèi)生防病保障任務,并及時總結經(jīng)驗。結果針對駐地高原山地衛(wèi)勤保障的特點,采取了8點做法:(1)全面了解官兵健康狀況;(2)加強衛(wèi)生宣傳教育;(3)盡早開展適應性訓練;(4)搞好疫情調查,嚴格控制傳染源;(5)科學合理準備藥材器材;(6)加強衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理;(7)加強責任心,不斷提高業(yè)務技術水平;(8)加強協(xié)作,密切配合。由于措施得力,部隊無傳染病暴發(fā)流行和食物中毒發(fā)生,有效地保障了部隊駐訓任務的完成。結論高原山地駐訓衛(wèi)勤保障有其特殊要求,總結的幾點體會,對部隊高原山地訓練、演習有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to ensure the health of field training officers and soldiers, to improve the ability of health and disease prevention, and to prepare themselves for high altitude combat. Methods the troops went to the plateau mountain area for many times to undertake the task of field training and health prevention and to sum up the experience in time. Results according to the characteristics of the medical service support in the mountainous areas of the plateau, 8 measures were adopted: 1) to fully understand the health status of the officers and soldiers, 2) to strengthen health education and propaganda, and 3) to carry out adaptability training as soon as possible) to do a good job in the investigation of the epidemic situation. Strict control of the source of infection 5) scientific and reasonable preparation of medicinal materials 6) strengthening health supervision and management to strengthen the sense of responsibility, constantly improve the level of business and technology to strengthen cooperation and close coordination. Because of the effective measures, no infectious disease outbreak and food poisoning occurred in the army, which effectively ensured the completion of the task of military training. Conclusion there are some special requirements for the medical service support in the plateau mountain training. The summary of the experience is of reference significance for the army training and exercise in the plateau mountain area.
