【摘要】：正近年來(lái),隨著人民群眾生活水平的不斷提高,對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量的需求也越來(lái)越高。原有公立大醫(yī)院占主導(dǎo)地位的市場(chǎng)壟斷格局逐步被打破,改革和環(huán)境的變化使軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。如何利用社會(huì)醫(yī)療資源不斷完善自身造血功能,更好地為社會(huì)、為部隊(duì)服務(wù)成為軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院亟待解決的問(wèn)題。從現(xiàn)實(shí)情況看,經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足是制約軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院發(fā)展的瓶頸之一。因此,充分利用社會(huì)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,采取"借雞生蛋"的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,吸引民營(yíng)資本參與醫(yī)院運(yùn)營(yíng)管理值得嘗試與探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for medical service quality is higher and higher.The dominant market monopoly of the old public hospitals has been gradually broken, and the military hospitals are facing new challenges due to the reform and the changes of the environment.How to make use of social medical resources to improve their own hematopoietic function, to better serve the society and to serve the army has become an urgent problem to be solved in military hospitals.From the point of view of reality, the shortage of funds is one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of military hospitals.Therefore, it is worth trying and discussing to make full use of high quality social resources and adopt the management strategy of "borrowing chicken and laying eggs" to attract private capital to participate in hospital operation and management.
