【摘要】：目的 調(diào)查駐南沙礁及西沙島部隊(duì)官兵的礦物元素營(yíng)養(yǎng)情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出合理建議,以調(diào)整駐島礁人員的礦物元素營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平。方法 采用稱量法對(duì)駐西沙島1 128人次、駐南沙礁1 560人次進(jìn)行膳食礦物元素?cái)z入量調(diào)查,同時(shí)用電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法及原子熒光光譜法測(cè)定血清15種礦物元素含量。結(jié)果 駐南沙礁及西沙島官兵膳食中攝入Ca分別為(605.69±91.57)mg·人-1·d-1及(558.95±78.97)mg·人-1·d-1,明顯低于軍標(biāo);P為(1 251.04±171.18)mg·人-1.d-1和(1 837.85±211.75)nlg·人-1·d-1,明顯高于DRIs;I為(225.59±39.11)μg·人-1·d-1及(275.30±19.80)μg·人-1·d-1,明顯超過(guò)軍標(biāo)。血清Ca、Se、Pb、Al含量均在正常值范圍,但Ca、Se含量均明顯低于正常均值(P0.01),其中有10.0％和12.7％標(biāo)本的Ca含量未達(dá)到正常下限值;而Pb、Al含量則明顯高于正常均值(P0.01),其中有15.4％和18.4％標(biāo)本的Pb含量超過(guò)正常上限值;所有標(biāo)本的Cd含量不但明顯高于正常均值,而且都明顯超過(guò)正常上限值。Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Sr、Cr、Mo、co、Ni含量均在正常值范圍內(nèi)。結(jié)論 駐西、南沙官兵存在部分礦物元素營(yíng)養(yǎng)不平衡的情況,值得注意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mineral element nutrition of officers and soldiers in Nansha Reef and Xisha Island, find out the problems, and put forward some reasonable suggestions to adjust the mineral element nutrition level of the personnel stationed on the reef. The intake of dietary mineral elements was investigated on 1 560 person-times in Nansha Reef. At the same time, the contents of 15 mineral elements in serum were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results the intake of Ca in diet of officers and soldiers in Nansha Reef and Xisha Island was 605.69 鹵91.57)mg person--1 d-1 and 558.95 鹵78.97)mg person--1 d-1 respectively, which was significantly lower than that of soldiers in Nansha Reef and Xisha Island. The military standard P was 1 251.04 鹵171.18)mg -1.d-1 and 1 837.85 鹵211.75)nlg -1 d-1, which was significantly higher than that of DRS I of 225.59 鹵39.11 渭 g / d and 275.30 鹵19.80 渭 g / d -1, which was significantly higher than that of the military standard, and the contents of serum CaSe PbAl were in the normal range. However, the content of CaOSE was significantly lower than that of the normal mean value (P0.01C), and the Ca content of 10.0% and 12.7% of the samples did not reach the normal lower limit, while the content of PBN Al was significantly higher than that of the normal mean P0.01C, and the Pb content of 15.4% and 18.4% of the samples exceeded the normal upper limit. The CD content of all specimens was not only significantly higher than the normal average value, but also significantly higher than the normal upper limit value. The contents of CD in all the samples were within the normal range. Conclusion in the west and in Nansha, there are some mineral element nutrients imbalance in the officers and soldiers, which is worthy of attention.
