【摘要】：目的了解人防工程內(nèi)空氣及儲(chǔ)水的衛(wèi)生學(xué)狀況,為戰(zhàn)時(shí)利用提供依據(jù)。方法采用自然沉降法監(jiān)測(cè)武漢市6個(gè)人防工程內(nèi)空氣中微生物數(shù),按照衛(wèi)生部《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生規(guī)范》(2001年版)水質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)法檢測(cè)人防工程內(nèi)儲(chǔ)水水質(zhì)。結(jié)果6個(gè)工程內(nèi)濕度均高于工程外,5個(gè)工程內(nèi)的溫度低于工程外;工程內(nèi)空氣中微生物數(shù)為247~8 008 cfu.m-3,外界為105~924 cfu.m-3;工程內(nèi)革蘭氏陽(yáng)性無(wú)芽孢桿菌占44%,霉菌占21%,革蘭氏陽(yáng)性球菌占18%;工程內(nèi)真菌以青曲霉菌、煙曲霉菌為主,未見(jiàn)酵母樣真菌。工程內(nèi)的儲(chǔ)水除大腸桿菌超標(biāo)外,其它各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。結(jié)論定期清掃與通風(fēng)是保持人防工程內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生狀況良好的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hygienic status of air and water storage in civil air defense engineering and to provide the basis for wartime utilization. Methods the number of microbes in air of 6 civil air defense projects in Wuhan was monitored by natural sedimentation method. According to the Ministry of Health "Sanitary Code for drinking Water" (2001 edition), the quality of stored water in civil air defense projects was detected by the water quality test method. Results the humidity of 6 projects was higher than that of the outside projects, and the temperature of 5 projects was lower than that of the outside projects. The number of microbes in the air of the project was 247G 8 008 cfu.m-3 and that outside was 105% 924 cfu.m-3; Gram-positive Bacillus bacillus accounted for 44%, mold 21% and Gram-positive cocci 18g; the main fungi in the project were Aspergillus cinerea and Aspergillus fumigatus. No yeast-like fungi were found. The other indexes of water storage in the project, except Escherichia coli, met the standard requirements. Conclusion regular cleaning and ventilation is an effective means to keep the environmental hygiene in civil air defense engineering.
