【摘要】：目的針對(duì)渡海作戰(zhàn)演習(xí)部隊(duì)的特點(diǎn) ,制定有效防暑降溫措施 ,以保障部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力。方法跟隨部隊(duì)保障 ,實(shí)地考察 ,個(gè)別詢問(wèn)與集體座談相結(jié)合。結(jié)果針對(duì)部隊(duì)實(shí)際情況和存在的誘發(fā)中暑因素 ,演習(xí)部隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)在 6個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)防暑措施 :(1)科學(xué)組織 ,合理安排作息制度和勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度 ;(2 )加強(qiáng)防暑知識(shí)的宣傳教育 ;(3)科學(xué)進(jìn)行耐熱鍛煉 ,全面提高鍛煉效果 ;(4)合理著裝 ,負(fù)荷適量 ;(5 )加強(qiáng)生活制度落實(shí) ,防止部隊(duì)過(guò)度疲勞 ;(6 )積極開(kāi)展心理疏導(dǎo) ,提高官兵心理應(yīng)激能力。結(jié)論這些中暑預(yù)防措施對(duì)減少中暑的發(fā)生、提高部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish effective measures to prevent heat and reduce temperature in order to ensure the combat effectiveness of the troops in accordance with the characteristics of the troops in the sea crossing exercises. Individual inquiries were combined with collective discussions. Results in view of the actual situation of the troops and the factors that induce heatstroke, the exercise units should strengthen the measures of prevention and control of heat heat in 6 aspects: 1) Scientific organization. Reasonable arrangement of work and rest system and labor intensity 2) strengthen the propaganda and education of the knowledge of preventing heat heat and carry out heat resistant exercise scientifically, improve the effect of exercise in an all-round way (4) dress reasonably, and strengthen the implementation of living system with proper amount of load. Prevention of excessive fatigue in the army 6) active psychological guidance, improve the ability of psychological stress of officers and soldiers. Conclusion these heat stroke prevention measures to reduce the occurrence of heat stroke, improve the combat effectiveness of the army has a positive significance.
