【摘要】：目的探討槍彈傷后大鼠皮膚MMP-1和MMP-3隨時(shí)間變化的表達(dá)情況,為槍彈傷后的損傷時(shí)間判斷提供依據(jù)。方法建立大鼠對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組模型。對照組斷頸處死后直接取材;實(shí)驗(yàn)組分別于槍彈傷后0、1、3、6、12、18、24、48、72h取材(n=3)。取材后用Northern blot法對MMP-1和MMP-3的mRNA進(jìn)行半定量檢測。結(jié)果MMP-1和MMP-3在槍彈傷后即刻其表達(dá)就有增加,以后表達(dá)繼續(xù)升高,一直呈上升趨勢(P0.01,P0.05);而陰性對照組幾乎沒有表達(dá)。結(jié)論槍彈傷后大鼠皮膚MMP-1和MMP-3表達(dá)增加的規(guī)律性,對槍彈傷后損傷時(shí)間的推斷有一定的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in the skin of rats after gunshot wound and to provide evidence for judging the time of injury after gunshot wound. Methods the models of control group and experimental group were established. In the experimental group, the mRNA of MMP-1 and MMP-3 were detected by Northern blot method for 72h after gunshot wound. Results the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 increased immediately after gunshot wound, and then the expression continued to increase. Conclusion the increased expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in the skin of rats after gunshot injury has a certain value in the estimation of injury time after gunshot injury.
