【摘要】：為了解東北邊防部隊(duì)各類人員對(duì)防寒知識(shí)掌握情況 ,采用座談、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)答卷等方法進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明 ,基層連隊(duì)官兵對(duì)防凍傷重視程度不夠 ;對(duì)防凍傷基本常識(shí)了解和掌握不夠 ,對(duì)凍傷防治存在模糊或錯(cuò)誤認(rèn)識(shí) ;缺少適用于基層官兵使用的參考材料 ;防凍傷宣傳教育督導(dǎo)不到位 ,沒有落實(shí)上級(jí)指示要求。提示 ,確實(shí)做好東北邊防部隊(duì)防寒工作 ,需要全體官兵從思想上對(duì)防寒工作的重視 ,從理論上掌握必要的知識(shí) ,指導(dǎo)預(yù)防和救治工作。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the knowledge of preventing cold in the northeast border defense troops, the methods of meeting and answering papers were used. The results showed that the officers and soldiers of the grass-roots company did not pay enough attention to the prevention of frostbite. We do not have enough knowledge and knowledge of the basic knowledge of preventing frostbite, have a vague or erroneous understanding of the prevention and treatment of frostbite, lack of reference materials suitable for use by officers and soldiers at the grass-roots level, and the supervision of anti-frostbite propaganda and education is not in place. Failing to fulfill the instructions of the higher authorities, it is pointed out that in order to do a good job in preventing cold in the Northeast Frontier Defense Forces, all officers and men should attach importance to the work of preventing cold from an ideological point of view, grasp the necessary knowledge in theory, and guide the work of prevention and treatment.
