海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊員高溫強(qiáng)訓(xùn)中注射丹參液前后血液流變學(xué)與凝血功能的變化

【摘要】:目的:觀察高溫高濕環(huán)境下負(fù)荷30kg野外強(qiáng)訓(xùn)時,注射丹參液前后海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊員血液流變學(xué)和凝血系統(tǒng)的變化。方法:于2005-08在南海海面和某島嶼上選擇男性解放軍海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊員112名,經(jīng)醫(yī)院全面檢查身體合格,18~32歲,軍齡1~14年。成建制的隨機(jī)抽取55名作為訓(xùn)練組,負(fù)重30kg參加高溫高濕環(huán)境下各種強(qiáng)訓(xùn),另外57名陸勤人員作為對照組。訓(xùn)練組注射丹參液前后高溫強(qiáng)訓(xùn)各8h,訓(xùn)練末各取1次血標(biāo)本,檢查兩組隊員凝血功能5項指標(biāo)及血液流變學(xué)14項指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:112名海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊員均進(jìn)入結(jié)果分析。①未注射丹參液前訓(xùn)練組全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞比積、紅細(xì)胞沉降率、全血低切還原黏度、全血中切還原黏度、全血高切還原黏度、血沉方程K值、紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞剛性指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞變性指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞電泳指數(shù)均高于對照組[訓(xùn)練組:(9.4±0.3)mPa.s,(5.6±0.4)mPa.s,(4.7±0.3)mPa.s,(1.5±0.2)mPa.s,(47.4±3.1)%,(7.3±1.1)mm/h,(19.4±3.8)mPa,s,(9.7±1.5)mPa.s,(8.0±1.5)mPa.s,(61.4±10.5),(2.7±0.2),(5.5±1.0),(0.8±0.1),(6.4±1.3);對照組:(8.1±0.5)mPa.s,(4.7±0.3)mPa.s,(4.1±0.3)mPa.s,(1.3±0.2)mPa.s,(44.8±3.3)%,(8.5±1.4)mm/h,(15.5±2.4)mPa.s,(8.2±1.5)mPa.s,(7.4±1.6)mPa.s,(51.8±9.7),(2.4±0.4),(4.5±0.8),(0.7±0.3),(5.3±1.1),P0.05,P0.01]。注射丹參液后訓(xùn)練組全血低切黏度、紅細(xì)胞比積高于對照組[(8.7±0.3)mPa.s,(46.5±3.1)%;(8.1±0.5)mPa.s,(44.8±3.3)%,P0.05]。②注射丹參液前訓(xùn)練組凝血酶原時間、部分活化凝血酶原時間、纖維蛋白原、D-二聚體、血清纖維蛋白降解產(chǎn)物、血小板與對照組相比,差異顯著[訓(xùn)練組:(10.2±0.2)s,(23.9±1.1)s,(3.8±0.2)g/L,(309.6±13.3)mg/L,(7.7±0.4)mg/L,(270.1±14.2)×109L-1;對照組:(11.6±0.3)s,(28.4±1.4)s,(2.9±0.4)g/L,(241.5±13.7)mg/L,(5.9±1.2)mg/L,(174.5±22.0)×109L-1,P0.01]。注射丹參液后訓(xùn)練組血小板、D-二聚體、纖維蛋白降解產(chǎn)物高于對照組[訓(xùn)練組:(236.2±11.2)×109L-1,(279.3±13.8)mg/L,(8.2±0.6)mg/L;對照組:(174.5±22.0)×109L-1,(241.5±13.7)mg/L,(5.9±1.2)mg/L,P0.05,P0.01],凝血酶原時間、部分凝血活酶時間、纖維蛋白原與對照組相比無差異。結(jié)論:注射丹參液可增強(qiáng)紅細(xì)胞的柔軟性,改善紅細(xì)胞變形和聚集能力,降低纖維蛋白原含量,防止血液高黏發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: under the load of 30kg field strength training observation of high temperature and high humidity, Marines changes of Hemorheology and coagulation system after salviae miltiorrhizae injection. Methods: 2005-08 in the South China Sea and some islands select male PLA Marines 112, after a comprehensive examination of hospital physical qualified, 18~32 years old, age 1~14 a system of years. Randomly selected 55 as the training group, 30kg weight in high temperature and high humidity environment of various heavy training, another 57 members served as control group. The training group before and after the injection of Danshen liquid with high temperature and strong training 8h, training at the end of each 1 blood samples, 14 indicators examined two groups of players 5 indexes of blood coagulation function and blood rheology. Results: 112 Marines were involved in the result analysis.
