【摘要】：目的　探索濕熱環(huán)境下勞動(dòng)戰(zhàn)士的安全保障措施。方法　通過(guò)環(huán)境熱強(qiáng)度 (濕黑球溫度等 )與人體熱緊張指標(biāo) (肛溫、心率與出汗率 )的關(guān)系 ,規(guī)定不同熱強(qiáng)度與不同勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度下為保障戰(zhàn)士安全的時(shí)限。結(jié)果　濕熱環(huán)境勞動(dòng)的時(shí)間限值劃分為生理安全上限與耐受極限兩種。生理安全上限時(shí)間 :濕黑球溫度 (WGT) 32℃時(shí)中度勞動(dòng) (MW ) 3h、重度勞動(dòng) (HW) 1h、停止極重度勞動(dòng) (EHW ) ;WGT 31℃時(shí)MW 3h、HW 1.5～ 2h、停止EHW ;WGT 30℃時(shí)MW 4h、HW 3h、EHW 1h ;WGT 2 9℃時(shí)MW不限制時(shí)間、HW 4h、EHW 1.5h ;WGT 2 8℃時(shí)HW不限制時(shí)間、EHW 2～ 4h ;WGT 2 7℃時(shí)EHW不限制時(shí)間。耐受極限時(shí)間 :WGT 32℃時(shí)MW 3h、HW 2h、停止EHW ;WGT 31℃時(shí)MW 4h、HW 3h、EHW 1h ;WGT 30℃時(shí)MW不限時(shí)間、HW 4h、EHW 2～ 3h ;WGT 2 9℃時(shí)HW不限制時(shí)間、EHW 4h ;WGT 2 8℃時(shí)EHW不限制時(shí)間。結(jié)論　本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于陸軍在熱環(huán)境下勞動(dòng)的安全保障 ,其他軍兵種也可對(duì)照使用以預(yù)防中暑。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the safety and security measures of labor soldiers in humid and hot environment. Methods the relationship between environmental heat intensity (wet and black bulb temperature) and human body heat stress index (anal temperature, heart rate and sweating rate) was studied.
