【摘要】：[目的]了解某部戰(zhàn)士艾滋病(AIDS)防治知識(shí)的知曉情況,評(píng)價(jià)開展AIDS健康教育和行為干預(yù)的效果,為部隊(duì)開展AIDS健康教育提供依據(jù)。[方法]采用匿名問卷調(diào)查戰(zhàn)士中AIDS防治知識(shí)知曉情況,然后采取健康講座、派發(fā)宣傳資料等干預(yù)措施。1個(gè)月后再以問卷形式評(píng)估干預(yù)效果。[結(jié)果]健康教育活動(dòng)后戰(zhàn)士關(guān)于AIDS常識(shí)、傳播途徑、預(yù)防措施等正確回答率有顯著提高。對(duì)待HIV感染者及AIDS病人的態(tài)度大部分戰(zhàn)士雖然選擇了同情,但同時(shí)卻不愿與其交往。大多數(shù)戰(zhàn)士認(rèn)為在軍營(yíng)內(nèi)開展AIDS健康教育非常必要。[結(jié)論]近年來隨著AIDS健康教育的廣泛開展,基層部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)士的AIDS基本知識(shí)水平有了較大提高但仍不全面,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)針對(duì)性的健康教育很有必要。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the knowledge of HIV / AIDS prevention and control among soldiers, and to evaluate the effect of health education and behavioral intervention on HIV / AIDS. [methods] using anonymous questionnaire to investigate the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment among soldiers, and then taking health talks. One month later, the intervention effect was evaluated by questionnaire. [results] after the health education campaign, soldiers were informed about AIDS and the way of transmission. The correct response rate such as preventive measures has improved significantly. Although most of the soldiers have chosen to sympathize with HIV patients and AIDS patients, Most soldiers think that it is necessary to carry out AIDS health education in military barracks. [conclusion] in recent years, with the widespread development of AIDS health education, The basic knowledge of AIDS of the soldiers in the basic units has been greatly improved, but it is still not comprehensive. It is necessary to further strengthen the targeted health education.
