【摘要】：目的 :探討渡海登陸訓練和演習過程中衛(wèi)生防疫保障的特點 ,更好地保障參演官兵的身體健康和訓演任務的完成。方法 :采取全程隨行保障方式 ,邊保障、邊探索、邊總結(jié)。結(jié)果 :在天氣炎熱、衛(wèi)生狀況差和疫情復雜的情況下 ,萬余名官兵在長達 10 0多d演習期間未發(fā)生傳染病疫情和食物中毒 ,晝夜發(fā)病率控制在 1.5‰以內(nèi) ,有力地保障了部隊訓演任務的完成。主要做法和體會是 :(1)進行訓前準備 ,夯實防病基礎(chǔ) ;(2 )組織衛(wèi)生普查 ,完善生活設(shè)施 ;(3)開展健康教育 ,增強防護意識 ;(4)加強監(jiān)督指導 ,落實防疫措施 ;(5 )開展新課題研討 ,提高保障能力。結(jié)論 :從實踐中總結(jié)出來的經(jīng)驗 ,對部隊渡海登陸訓練的衛(wèi)勤保障具有一定的參考價值
[Abstract]:Objective: to probe into the characteristics of health and epidemic prevention in the course of sea crossing training and exercise, to better ensure the physical health of the officers and soldiers participating in the exercise and the completion of the training task.
