【摘要】：目的了解新兵心理健康狀況、人格與訓(xùn)練傷的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)和艾森克個(gè)性問(wèn)卷(EPQ)對(duì)某部參加2002年度基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練的新兵進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果本年度軍訓(xùn)傷累積發(fā)生率為9.6%。受傷組(n=58)與未受傷組(n=559)之間訓(xùn)練前各指標(biāo)未見(jiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05)。訓(xùn)練后受傷組精神病性因子分高于未受傷組(P0.01)。訓(xùn)練前受傷組因子分≥2的因子主要為強(qiáng)迫癥狀(13.79%)、人際關(guān)系(10.34%)和抑郁(10.34%),訓(xùn)練后主要為人際關(guān)系(13.79%)、強(qiáng)迫癥狀(12.07%)和精神病性(12.07%)。兩組之間總分≥160的人數(shù)分布、人格類(lèi)型分布未見(jiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論實(shí)施新大綱后訓(xùn)練傷發(fā)生率下降,未發(fā)現(xiàn)新兵中有心理問(wèn)題者、人格類(lèi)型與訓(xùn)練傷有明顯的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the mental health status of recruits, Methods SCL-90 and Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQ) were used to test a new recruit who took part in basic training in 2002. Results the cumulative incidence rate of military training injury in this year was 9.6.The injury group was treated with Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQ) and Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire). There was no significant difference in the indexes before training between the uninjured group and the uninjured group.
