【摘要】：目的:探討應用年齡預測我國大學生最大心率(HRmax)的有關公式及其有效性。方法:研究招募了101名(20.9±1.52歲)大學生作為測試對象,在運動跑臺上完成逐級遞增負荷測試(GXT),并獲得實測的最大心率值,另以"220-年齡"、"206.9-0.67×年齡"、"205.8-0.685×年齡"、"210-0.66×年齡"等4個常用公式的計算結果為預測值。對測試結果進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果:配對t檢驗與單因素方差分析結果顯示,"210-0.66×年齡"與實測值沒有顯著性差異(P0.05);Bland-Altman點圖顯示,"210-0.66×年齡"與實測結果的一致性水平較好。結論:"210-0.66×年齡"具有可接受的預測誤差水平,在4個公式當中預測大學生人群的HRmax準確性較好。
