【摘要】：目的探討使用低劑量CT掃描對早期肺癌診斷的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法選取我院2014年11月—2016年12月期間接診并最后經(jīng)手術(shù)觀察及病理切片檢查分期確診為早期肺癌的79例患者作為研究對象,確診前所有患者均進行X線胸片和低劑量CT掃描檢查,再分別和病理金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比較,觀察對比兩組患者早期肺癌檢出率。結(jié)果低劑量CT掃描檢查早期肺癌檢出率明顯高于X線胸片檢查(P0.05)。結(jié)論低劑量CT掃描篩查早期肺癌檢出率較高,具有良好的臨床診斷應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of low-dose CT scan in early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods from November 2014 to December 2016, 79 patients with early lung cancer diagnosed by surgical observation and pathological examination were selected as the study objects. All the patients were examined with chest X-ray and low dose CT before the diagnosis, and compared with the pathological gold standard, the detection rate of early lung cancer was observed and compared between the two groups. Results the detection rate of early lung cancer in low dose CT scan was significantly higher than that in chest radiography (P 0.05). Conclusion the detection rate of early lung cancer screening by low dose CT scan is high and has good clinical diagnostic value.
