【摘要】：頸椎病是由于頸椎間盤退行性變繼而導(dǎo)致的臨床上一種常見病,患者多見于中老年人。但近年來,隨著科技的高速發(fā)展及生活方式的不斷改變,學(xué)生尤其是大學(xué)生人群對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品的依賴性增強(qiáng),長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的低頭伏案對(duì)其頸椎造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷。本文的目的是為防治大學(xué)生"低頭族"誘發(fā)的頸椎病,并為其提供健身指導(dǎo),改善和提高大學(xué)生身體健康水平,從而就大學(xué)生頸椎病的引發(fā)因素及運(yùn)動(dòng)療法進(jìn)行綜合性研究,對(duì)維護(hù)大學(xué)生的健康具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Cervical spondylosis is a common clinical disease caused by degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc. But in recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and the constant change of life style, students, especially college students, have become more dependent on electronic products. The purpose of this paper is to prevent and cure cervical spondylosis induced by "Phubber" of college students, to provide them with fitness guidance, to improve and improve the level of college students' physical health, and to conduct a comprehensive study on the causes of cervical spondylosis and exercise therapy for college students. It is of guiding significance to maintain the health of college students.
