【摘要】：以介紹第64屆美國運(yùn)動醫(yī)學(xué)會(ACSM)年會暨第8屆運(yùn)動是良醫(yī)世界科學(xué)大會和運(yùn)動與腦的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)世界大會的主要研究熱點(diǎn)為目的。以基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)世界大會的主報(bào)告和專題報(bào)告為基本思路,重點(diǎn)闡述了運(yùn)動與腦的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)專題報(bào)告、ACSM年會和運(yùn)動是良醫(yī)大會中運(yùn)動促進(jìn)腦健康的相關(guān)研究內(nèi)容;并通過Pub Med等數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對大會中運(yùn)動促進(jìn)腦健康的專題報(bào)告內(nèi)容、相關(guān)主題的最新研究成果等進(jìn)行探討。目前,關(guān)于運(yùn)動促進(jìn)腦健康的研究熱點(diǎn)主要集中在運(yùn)動與腦的可塑性、運(yùn)動與腦和腸道菌群、運(yùn)動與青少年學(xué)習(xí)成績、運(yùn)動中的腦震蕩問題、運(yùn)動與老年神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)變性疾病等方面。這些研究成果的前沿和熱點(diǎn)為更深入的探究運(yùn)動促進(jìn)腦健康提供新的思路,同時(shí)為我國體育科學(xué)、運(yùn)動醫(yī)學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物科學(xué)及運(yùn)動康復(fù)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to introduce the 64th annual meeting of the American Athletic Medical Association (ACSM) and the 8th Annual Conference of Sports Medicine, which are the main research hot spots of the World Congress of good Medicine and the World Congress of basic Science of Sport and brain. Taking the main report and special report of the World Congress of basic Science as the basic thinking, this paper mainly expounds the special report on basic science of exercise and brain. The annual meeting and exercise of ACSM are the relevant research contents of exercise to promote brain health in the Congress. Through Pub Med and other databases to search the relevant literature, the theme of the conference on exercise to promote brain health, and the latest research results of the relevant topics were discussed. At present, the research focus on exercise promoting brain health mainly focuses on sports and brain plasticity, exercise and brain and intestinal flora, exercise and teenagers' academic performance, concussion during exercise. Exercise and senile neurodegenerative diseases. The frontier and hot spots of these research results provide new ideas for further exploring sports and promoting brain health, and also provide reference for sports science, sports medicine, neurobiological science and sports rehabilitation research in China.
