【摘要】：軍隊研究型醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心是軍隊落實國家人口和計劃生育及優(yōu)生優(yōu)育政策的保障,是新形勢下滿足部隊官兵服務(wù)保障需求和提升戰(zhàn)斗力的有力支撐。本文就近年來第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)長海醫(yī)院在不斷深化為軍服務(wù)內(nèi)涵、提升人才培養(yǎng)梯隊、實現(xiàn)前沿技術(shù)整合發(fā)展、推進醫(yī)學(xué)科技創(chuàng)新、完善個體化治療模式的過程中,建設(shè)軍隊研究型醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心的一些實踐經(jīng)驗和體會進行綜述。
[Abstract]:The reproductive medicine center of the military research hospital is the guarantee for the army to carry out the national policy of population, family planning, eugenics and eugenics, and is the powerful support to meet the service support demand of the officers and men in the army under the new situation and to enhance the combat effectiveness. In recent years, Changhai Hospital of the second military Medical University has been deepening the connotation of serving for the military, improving the personnel training echelon, realizing the development of frontier technology integration, promoting the innovation of medical science and technology, and perfecting the individualized treatment mode. Some practical experience and experience of constructing military research hospital reproductive medicine center were summarized.
