特殊營養(yǎng)制劑對模擬飛行環(huán)境下大鼠排便及相關(guān)功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察特殊營養(yǎng)制劑對模擬飛行環(huán)境下SD大鼠熱能攝入、排便情況、血糖及耐力的影響,探討該營養(yǎng)制劑對飛行環(huán)境下大鼠生存指標(biāo)的影響,為后續(xù)實驗及該營養(yǎng)制劑在飛行員餐食中的推廣使用提供有效的數(shù)據(jù)支持。方法:40只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為兩組,20只為普通飼料組(Normal diet,ND組),普通飼料喂養(yǎng);20只為營養(yǎng)制劑組(Intervention diet,ID組),特殊營養(yǎng)制劑喂養(yǎng);實驗歷時72h,每組大鼠分籠飼養(yǎng)、模擬飛行環(huán)境暴露,記錄每籠大鼠攝食、排便情況。結(jié)果:1.ID組大鼠干預(yù)期間與干預(yù)前相比,大鼠6h濕糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、干糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、糞便含水率(P0.05)具有顯著性差異,其中,該組大鼠6h平均濕糞便質(zhì)量、平均干糞便質(zhì)量均較干預(yù)前的低,糞便平均含水率較干預(yù)前高;2.ID組首次排便時間(115.0±42.13)min較ND組(123.0±37.68)min短,但并無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)前,兩組大鼠6h濕糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、干糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、糞便含水率(P0.05)無顯著性差異;干預(yù)期間,ID組與ND組相比,大鼠6h濕糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、干糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)具有顯著性差異;其中,ID組大鼠6h平均濕糞便質(zhì)量、平均干糞便質(zhì)量均較ND組低,糞便平均含水率(P0.05)無顯著性差異;3.ND組大鼠在干預(yù)期間與干預(yù)前相比,大鼠6h濕糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、干糞便質(zhì)量(P0.05)、糞便含水率(P0.05);其中干預(yù)期前6h平均干糞便質(zhì)量、糞便含水率較干預(yù)期前的低,6h濕糞便質(zhì)量差異無顯著性;4.干預(yù)期間ID組大鼠血糖值(5.19±0.64)mmol/L較ND組(5.39±0.66)mmol/L低(P0.05),大鼠各時段血糖值均在95%正常范圍內(nèi);兩組大鼠負(fù)重游泳存活時間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);5.兩組大鼠各生化指標(biāo)方差齊性(P0.05)相同,且兩組大鼠干預(yù)結(jié)束后,各生化指標(biāo)均在正常范圍內(nèi),兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:根據(jù)飛行員膳食特點設(shè)計的特殊營養(yǎng)制劑具有顯著抑制大鼠排便量,同時不會影響大鼠血糖、耐力的功效,其具體作用機(jī)制及現(xiàn)場人體試驗效果驗證有待進(jìn)一步開展。同時,模擬飛行環(huán)境下大鼠由于受到高角加速度、高空環(huán)境的影響,糞便性狀發(fā)生了改變,腸道及糞便菌群失調(diào)有待下一階段實驗驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effects of special nutrition preparation on the intake of heat energy, defecation, blood glucose and endurance of SD rats in simulated flying environment, and to explore the effects of the preparation on the survival index of rats in flight environment. To provide effective data support for the follow-up experiment and the popularization and use of the nutritional preparation in the pilots' meals. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal diet group (Normal diet,ND group) and normal diet group (Intervention diet,ID group). The feeding and defecation of each cage rat were recorded. Results 1. There were significant differences in wet fecal mass (P0.05), dry fecal mass (P0.05) and fecal moisture content (P0.05) during the intervention period. The average wet fecal mass and the average dry fecal mass in the group were lower than those before the intervention. The mean fecal moisture content in group ID was (115.0 鹵42.13) min shorter than that in group ND (123.0 鹵37.68) min, but there was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention (P0.05) in wet fecal mass (P0.05), dry fecal mass (P0.05), and fecal moisture content (P0.05). During the intervention period, there were significant differences in wet fecal mass (P0.05) and dry fecal quality (P0.05) between the control group and the ND group, in which the average wet fecal mass and the average dry fecal mass of the rats in the control group were lower than those in the ND group. There was no significant difference in the average fecal moisture content (P0.05). During the intervention period, the wet fecal mass (P0.05), the dry fecal mass (P0.05), the fecal moisture content (P0.05) in ND group were compared with those before intervention. There was no significant difference in fecal moisture content between the two groups. During the intervention period, the blood glucose value of ID group (5.19 鹵0.64) mmol/L was lower than that of ND group (5.39 鹵0.66) mmol/L (P0.05), and the blood glucose value of rats in each period was in the range of 95% normal. There was no significant difference in survival time of weight-bearing swimming between the two groups (P0.05). The homogeneity of each biochemical index in the two groups was the same (P0.05), and after the intervention of the two groups, the biochemical indexes were all within the normal range, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the special nutritional preparation designed according to the dietary characteristics of pilots can significantly inhibit the defecation volume of rats without affecting the blood glucose and endurance of the rats. The specific mechanism of the preparation and the effect of field human experiments need to be further developed. At the same time, the fecal characteristics of the simulated flying environment were changed due to high angular acceleration and high altitude environment. The intestinal tract and faecal flora imbalance needed to be verified in the next stage of the experiment.
