【摘要】：目的探討不同性別、不同年齡段體循環(huán)大動脈及冠狀動脈鈣化發(fā)生率及分布情況。方法選取2012年1月至2015年6月在該院行胸部、腹部或胸腹部CT的40歲及以上檢查者3 814例,其中40~50歲1 412例,50~60歲1 962例,≥60歲440例。統(tǒng)計不同性別、不同年齡段檢查者體循環(huán)大動脈及冠狀動脈鈣化發(fā)生率及鈣化部位、數目。結果 40~60歲男性體循環(huán)大動脈、胸動脈、冠狀動脈及腹部大動脈鈣化檢出率明顯高于該年齡段女性,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);50~60歲檢查者的體循環(huán)大動脈、胸動脈、冠狀動脈及腹部大動脈鈣化檢出率明顯高于40~50歲,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);40~50、50~60、≥60歲3個年齡段中男性體循環(huán)大動脈鈣化、胸動脈、冠狀動脈檢出率高于女性,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。胸主動脈鈣化檢出數目最多是主動脈弓,其次是胸部降主動脈,而鈣化數目檢出最少是升主動脈;男性下腹主動脈鈣化數目最多,其次是中腹主動脈,女性中腹主動脈鈣化數目最多,其次是下腹主動脈;不同年齡段檢查者均為下腹主動脈鈣化數目最多,其次是中腹主動脈,上腹主動脈鈣化數目最少。結論年齡及性別均對大動脈及冠狀動脈鈣化發(fā)生率及數目產生影響,其腹部大動脈鈣化最好發(fā)部位是中下腹主動脈,胸部是主動脈弓,對心血管疾病的發(fā)生有提示價值,應引起重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and distribution of calcification of the aorta and coronary artery in different gender and age groups. Methods from January 2012 to June 2015, 3 814 CT patients aged 40 years or above were examined in our hospital, including 1 412 cases aged 4050 years old and 1 962 cases aged 50 to 60 years, and 440 cases aged more than 60 years. The incidence and number of calcification of great systemic circulation artery and coronary artery were calculated in different sex and age group. Results the positive rate of calcification of great systemic circulation artery, thoracic artery, coronary artery and abdominal artery in 40 ~ 60 years old male was significantly higher than that in this age group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The positive rate of calcification of coronary artery and abdominal artery was significantly higher than that of 40 ~ 50 years old (P 0.05).
