【摘要】：正0引言護(hù)理安全是護(hù)理質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ),是優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵,也是防范和減少醫(yī)療事故及糾紛的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著療養(yǎng)院接收療養(yǎng)對(duì)象結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,各種醫(yī)療護(hù)理活動(dòng)日趨復(fù)雜,隨之出現(xiàn)越來(lái)越多的護(hù)理安全問題。療養(yǎng)院的干部療養(yǎng)主要服務(wù)對(duì)象是離退休干部,他們年齡大,病種多,病情的復(fù)雜多變,對(duì)療養(yǎng)院的護(hù)理安全管理提出了更高的要求1一般資料濟(jì)南軍區(qū)青島第二療養(yǎng)院是離休老干部療養(yǎng)、康復(fù)、體檢基地。目前療養(yǎng)院共有兩個(gè)療樓,床位248張。2013年至

With the change of the structure of the receiving objects in sanatoriums, various kinds of medical and nursing activities are becoming more and more complicated, and more and more nursing safety problems appear. The object is retired cadres, they are old, many kinds of diseases, complex and changeable conditions, nursing safety management sanatorium put forward higher requirements 1 General information Jinan Military Region Qingdao Second Sanatorium is retired veteran cadres convalescent, rehabilitation, physical examination base.
