【摘要】：正顱底軟骨肉瘤是臨床少見(jiàn)的一種生長(zhǎng)緩慢、具有侵襲性的低級(jí)別惡性腫瘤,約占顱內(nèi)腫瘤的0.1%,占顱底腫瘤的6%~([1]);而發(fā)生于顱底的高分化軟骨肉瘤則更少見(jiàn),其發(fā)病率不確切,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無(wú)大宗病例報(bào)道,臨床誤診率高。顱底高分化軟骨肉瘤分化較好,惡性度低,預(yù)后良好,但因血運(yùn)豐富,且易與臨近結(jié)構(gòu)粘連,故手術(shù)完整切除難度大。本文回顧性分析9例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的顱底高分化軟骨肉瘤患者的CT和MRI資料,旨在探討本病的特征性影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)及影
[Abstract]:Chondrosarcoma of the skull base is a kind of low grade malignant tumor with slow growth and invasiveness, which accounts for 0.1% of intracranial tumor and 6 ~ (1) of skull base tumor, while well-differentiated chondrosarcoma which occurs in skull base is even less common, and its incidence is not exact. At present, there is no large number of cases reported at home and abroad, and the misdiagnosis rate is high. The well-differentiated chondrosarcoma of the skull base has good differentiation, low malignancy and good prognosis, but it is difficult to complete resection because of the abundant blood flow and easy adhesion with adjacent structure. Ct and MRI findings of 9 patients with well-differentiated chondrosarcoma of the skull base confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristic imaging findings and imaging findings of the disease.
