雙能CT單能譜應用對冠脈小內(nèi)徑支架顯示的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effects of different energy levels of dual energy CT single energy spectroscopy on the display of coronary stents under 3 mm and below. Methods: seven stents with 3 mm or 2.5 mm inner diameter of different materials were selected to simulate the coronary artery model. The two different energy sources (100 and 140 k V) were reconstructed by single energy spectrum technique. 10 groups of images with 60 ke V (interval of 10 keV) and 10 groups of linear fusion images were obtained, and the subjective evaluation of double-blind and objective evaluation including the difference of stent diameter, the attenuation of stent cavity and the image noise were carried out, and the differences among the 10 groups were statistically analyzed. Results: the total score of image quality was the highest in the group of 80 keV with good consistency of image quality (Kappa=0.833), with a score of 31. Except that there was no significant difference between 90keV group and 120kV group (P 0.05), there was significant difference (P 0. 05) between the other groups and other groups (P 0. 05). The difference of stent diameter in the 80 keV group was the lowest (36. 1% 鹵3. 7%), which was significantly lower than that in other energy level groups. The difference was statistically significant (P0. 05), and the difference in the attenuation of stent lumen was not up to statistical difference (P0. 151). 80 keV group had the lowest noise (12. 51 鹵1. 27) HUU, and there was statistical difference between each group (P 0. 05). Conclusion: the reconstruction of 80 keV energy level images with 3 mm or less scaffolds has the best image quality, which is more suitable for clinical work and is worthy of recommended use.
