【摘要】：目的探討多層螺旋CT(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)骨三維重建在診斷肋骨及肋軟骨骨折中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取43例胸部外傷患者為研究對象,均行多層螺旋CT掃描,運(yùn)用容積重建(volume rendering,VR)、最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)、多平面重建(multi planar reconstruction,MPR)三維重建肋骨及肋軟骨,并與常規(guī)CT平掃對比,分析MSCT三維重建的診斷優(yōu)勢。結(jié)果 43例肋骨骨折,共122根;其中單發(fā)骨折占30.23%,多發(fā)骨折占69.77%;肋骨骨折腋段較為常見,占95.65%;15例肋軟骨骨折,共23根;MSCT檢出24例外傷后并發(fā)癥。MSCT三維重建技術(shù)診斷肋骨及肋軟骨骨折的準(zhǔn)確率為98.36%、95.65%,顯著高于CT平掃的72.95%、13.04%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MSCT臨床診斷肋骨及軟骨骨折的準(zhǔn)確率較高,可作為診斷該疾病的理想影像學(xué)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of 3D reconstruction of multislice spiral CT (multislice spiral computed tomography-MSCT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of rib and costal cartilage fractures. Methods Forty-three patients with thoracic trauma were studied. Three dimensional reconstruction of rib and costal cartilage was performed by volume rendering VR, maximum density projection (maximum intensity projection and multiplanar reconstruction of (multi planar reconstruction.These images were compared with conventional CT scans. The diagnostic advantages of MSCT 3D reconstruction were analyzed. Results there were 122 rib fractures in 43 cases, in which single fracture accounted for 30.23 and multiple fractures accounted for 69.77. The axillary segment of rib fracture was more common, accounting for 95.6555 cases of costal cartilage fracture. The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing fracture of rib and costal cartilage was 98.36 and 95.65, which was significantly higher than that in plain CT scan (72.95 and 13.04). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion MSCT is an ideal imaging method for the diagnosis of rib and cartilage fractures.
