【摘要】：目的:對(duì)冠狀動(dòng)脈鈣化患者進(jìn)行單排螺旋CT檢查,分析在臨床治療中的意義。材料與方法:取我院2014年6月-2015年8月進(jìn)行治療的160例冠心病患者,通過采用單排螺旋CT檢查方法,分析此診斷方法在冠狀動(dòng)脈鈣化中的準(zhǔn)確度。結(jié)果:單排螺旋CT診斷冠狀動(dòng)脈鈣化的陽性預(yù)測(cè)值為96.6%,陰性估測(cè)率為95.23%,敏感度為98.3%,特異度為90.9%。冠心病人鈣化分達(dá)至(235.6±18.4)分,非冠心病患者鈣化積分僅為(33.4±4.1)分,差異具有顯著性(p0.05)比較不同年齡段病人的冠狀動(dòng)脈鈣化積分,結(jié)果差異有顯著性。結(jié)論:采取單排螺旋CT對(duì)冠狀動(dòng)脈鈣化患者進(jìn)行診斷治療,檢測(cè)效果可靠,能為患者預(yù)后治療提供科學(xué)依據(jù),在臨床診療過程中具有重要的參考意義,值得臨床借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical significance of single slice spiral CT in coronary artery calcification. Materials and methods: 160 patients with coronary artery disease treated in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2015 were selected and the accuracy of this method in coronary artery calcification was analyzed by single slice spiral CT. Results: the positive predictive value of single slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery calcification was 96.60.The negative estimation rate was 95.23, the sensitivity was 98.3, and the specificity was 90.9. The calcification score of patients with coronary heart disease was (235.6 鹵18. 4), and that of patients with non coronary heart disease was (33. 4 鹵4. 1). The difference was significant (p0. 05) compared with that of patients of different ages. Conclusion: the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery calcification patients by single slice spiral CT is reliable and can provide scientific basis for the treatment of prognosis. It has important reference significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worthy of clinical reference.
