【摘要】：目的探討多層螺旋CT對(duì)腎上腺節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤的診斷價(jià)值。方法搜集經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的16例腎上腺節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤,回顧性分析其CT表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果 16例中男10例,女6例,年齡3.5歲~59歲,15例位于右側(cè)腎上腺,1例位于左側(cè)腎上腺,所有病灶境界清楚,大小在2.8~8.3 cm之間;6例病灶內(nèi)可見斑點(diǎn)狀鈣化,1例病灶內(nèi)見較多的條狀鈣化;成人14例,平掃時(shí)CT值約26~35 HU,動(dòng)脈期病灶呈輕度強(qiáng)化,CT值升高20 HU;兒童2例,平掃CT值約42~46 HU,增強(qiáng)后呈明顯強(qiáng)化;15例右側(cè)腎上腺病灶中,有3例包繞下腔靜脈約1/4周長(zhǎng),但下腔靜脈無明顯變窄,有9例與下腔靜脈相鄰,交界面平直,另3例與下腔靜脈間尚有脂肪間隙。結(jié)論 CT平掃及增強(qiáng)掃描能很好顯示腎上腺節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤的影像學(xué)特點(diǎn),對(duì)腎上腺節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤的診斷及鑒別診斷有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods CT findings of 16 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results among the 16 cases, 10 were male and 6 female, and 15 were located in the right adrenal gland of 15 patients aged 3.5 years or 59 years, 1 case was located in the left adrenal gland, and the boundary of all the lesions was clear. The size of the lesions was between 2.8 ~ 8.3 cm in 6 cases, and in 1 case, there were more stripe calcification in 1 case, in 14 cases, the CT value was about 2635 HUduring plain scan, and in the arterial phase, the CT value was increased slightly by 20 HUU, and in 2 cases in children, the CT value was increased slightly in the arterial phase, and in 2 cases in the children, the CT value was about 2635 HUU on plain scan. The CT value of plain scan was about 42 ~ 46 HU.Among the 15 cases of right adrenal lesions, 3 cases were wrapped around the inferior vena cava about 1 / 4 weeks long, but the inferior vena cava was not obviously narrowed, and 9 cases were adjacent to the inferior vena cava, and the interface was straight. In the other 3 cases, there was fat space between the inferior vena cava and the inferior vena cava. Conclusion CT plain scan and contrast-enhanced scan can show the imaging features of adrenal ganglioneuroma and have important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma.
