Echotracking聯(lián)合microCT評價可降解支架植入后動脈彈性改變

【摘要】:目的:通過建立可降解支架植入兔腹主動脈模型,探討echotracking聯(lián)合mircoCT在支架降解過程中動態(tài)觀察動脈彈性改變的價值。方法:24只新西蘭大白兔于DSA下在其腹主動脈隨機植入一枚可降解鎂合金支架(JDBM組,n=12)或鎳鈦合金支架(BMS組,n=12),分別于術前和植入術后即時、14天、30天、60天行echotracking獲得支架處血管硬化參數(shù)β,并在術后第14天、30天、60天取材行micro CT評價支架降解情況。結(jié)果:(1)觀察期間支架無移位或斷裂,支架內(nèi)血流通暢。(2)Micro CT提示BMS支架無明顯變化,JDBM支架術后30天起已開始降解,觀察期間支架基本保持原始結(jié)構(gòu),合金絲連續(xù)性完整。(3)術前及術后即時、第14天兩組間β值無明顯統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),隨植入時間的增加,JDBM組β值逐漸減小,BMS組β值逐漸增大;術后30天時JDBM組明顯小于BMS組(P=0.036);術后60天時BMS組β值因支架處管壁無明顯搏動無法獲得。結(jié)論:Echotracking技術聯(lián)合mirco CT可用于評價可降解鎂合金支架植入后降解過程中血管彈性的改變情況。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the value of echotracking combined with mircoCT in observing the changes of arterial elasticity in the process of stent degradation by establishing a rabbit model of degradable stent implantation. Methods Twenty four New Zealand white rabbits were randomly implanted with a degradable magnesium alloy stent JDBM group under DSA or nickel-titanium alloy stents group. The stents were obtained by echotracking 14 days before and 30 days after implantation and 60 days after implantation. The vascular sclerosis parameter 尾 was obtained on the 14th day, 30 days and 60 days after operation. The degradation of stent was evaluated by micro CT. Results (1) during the observation period, there was no displacement or rupture of the stent. Ct showed that there was no obvious change in the flow of blood flow in the stent. The stent began to degrade 30 days after operation, and the original structure of the stent was maintained during the observation period. Before and after operation, there was no significant difference in 尾 value between the two groups on the 14th day (P 0.05). The 尾 value of JDBM group gradually decreased with the increase of implantation time, and the 尾 value of BMS group gradually increased. On the 30th day after operation, the 尾 value of the JDBM group was significantly smaller than that of the BMS group, and the 尾 value of the BMS group could not be obtained because there was no obvious pulsation in the wall of the stent on the 60th day after the operation. Conclusion\% chotracking technique combined with mirco CT can be used to evaluate the changes of vascular elasticity during degradable magnesium alloy stent implantation.
