【摘要】：應(yīng)用footscan汶足底壓力測量系統(tǒng),對32例健康女大學(xué)生被試在步行和慢跑時足底壓力中心(centre of pressure,COP)軌跡的變化規(guī)律進行不同運動模式下的對照研究,分別分析左足、右足在5次步行或慢跑時整個支撐期的COP軌跡及其相似度。結(jié)果表明:1)不同運動模式(步行與慢跑)的COP軌跡相似度低于0.25;2)同一運動模式(步行或慢跑)下,左側(cè)、右側(cè)的COP軌跡均具有很高的相似度(大于0.91)。其中被試內(nèi)(同一被試)COP軌跡相似度高于被試間(不同被試),且前者方差低于后者,差值具有顯著意義;被試內(nèi)(同一被試)同側(cè)足之間的COP軌跡相似度高于異側(cè)足間,差值具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。通過分析得到:步行和慢跑兩個運動模式的COP軌跡相似度很低,COP軌跡可以識別不同的運動模式;運動模式相同時,不同被試間的COP軌跡相似度較高,且同一被試內(nèi)同一側(cè)的COP軌跡相似度更高。研究結(jié)果可以為臨床診斷、康復(fù)評定、矯形處方和運動訓(xùn)練等提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Footscan plantar pressure measurement system was used to study the changes of foot pressure center centre of pressure center during walking and jogging in 32 healthy female college students under different movement modes, and the left foot was analyzed respectively. The COP trajectory and similarity of the right foot during the entire support period after 5 walks or jogging. The results showed that the COP trajectory similarity of different exercise patterns (walking and jogging) was lower than that of 0.25g. Under the same exercise pattern (walking or jogging), the COP locus on the left and the right had high similarity (> 0.91). The similarity of cop locus in the same group was higher than that in the other group (different subjects, the variance of the former was lower than that of the latter, and the difference was significant, and the similarity of COP locus between the same side foot was higher than that between the other side foot and the other side foot. The difference is statistically significant. The results show that the COP trajectory similarity of walking and jogging patterns is very low and the cop trajectory can identify different motion patterns, and the COP trajectory similarity between different subjects is higher when the exercise pattern is the same. Moreover, the similarity of COP locus in the same side of the same subjects was higher. The results can provide reference for clinical diagnosis, rehabilitation evaluation, orthopedic prescription and exercise training.
