膝關(guān)節(jié)最大和次最大等速運(yùn)動(dòng)至疲勞過(guò)程中主動(dòng)肌與拮抗肌肌電特征分析

【摘要】:背景:人體關(guān)節(jié)力量輸出主要取決于關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)鲃?dòng)肌與拮抗肌的激活效果,而拮抗肌通過(guò)共激活形式參與肢體活動(dòng),從而協(xié)助維持關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性。但是肌肉不同收縮模式下拮抗肌共激活的不同中樞策略的報(bào)道較少。目的:觀察健康受試者膝關(guān)節(jié)伸肌在最大和次最大等速運(yùn)動(dòng)至疲勞過(guò)程中主動(dòng)肌與拮抗肌表面肌電信號(hào)的特征與差別。方法:對(duì)16名在校學(xué)生使用Biodex等速訓(xùn)練儀誘發(fā)下肢右側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)伸肌等速屈伸運(yùn)動(dòng)直至疲勞,同時(shí)使用表面肌電儀采集單側(cè)股內(nèi)側(cè)肌、股外側(cè)肌以及股二頭肌的表面肌電信號(hào)。分析時(shí)域指標(biāo)均方根振幅百分比以及頻域指標(biāo)平均頻率的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:在膝關(guān)節(jié)最大等速屈伸運(yùn)動(dòng)中峰值力矩下降了40.3%(P0.05),主動(dòng)肌活動(dòng)先增加后下降(P0.05),而拮抗肌電活動(dòng)保持不變。在次最大等速運(yùn)動(dòng)中峰值力矩平均下降了40.0%(P0.05),主動(dòng)肌肌電活動(dòng)逐漸增加(P0.05),而拮抗肌電活動(dòng)先增加隨后又降低。在指定的交互收縮屈伸運(yùn)動(dòng)中作為拮抗肌的股內(nèi)和股外側(cè)肌的均方根振幅和平均頻率沒(méi)有顯著變化(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,在不同強(qiáng)度的等速疲勞運(yùn)動(dòng)中中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)主動(dòng)肌和拮抗肌采取了不同神經(jīng)支配策略。
[Abstract]:Background: the output of human joint strength mainly depends on the activation effect of peripheral active muscle and antagonist muscle. Antagonist muscle participates in limb activity through co-activation to help maintain joint stability. However, there are few reports of different central strategies that antagonize the co-activation of muscle in different contraction modes. Aim: to observe the characteristics and differences of surface electromyography (EMG) between active and antagonistic muscles during maximal and submaximal isokinetic exercise to fatigue of knee extensor muscle in healthy subjects. Methods: Biodex isokinetic training instrument was used to induce isokinetic flexion and extension of the right knee extensor of lower extremity to fatigue. Surface electromyograph was used to collect the surface electromyography of unilateral medial femoral muscle, lateral femoral muscle and biceps femoris. The variation law of the mean square amplitude percentage of time domain index and the average frequency of frequency domain index is analyzed. Results and conclusion: in the maximal isokinetic flexion and extension of the knee joint, the peak torque decreased by 40.3%, and the active muscle activity increased first and then decreased (P 0.05), while the antagonistic myoelectric activity remained unchanged. The peak torque decreased by 40.0P0.05 in the second largest isokinetic motion, and the active myoelectric activity increased gradually, while the antagonistic myoelectric activity increased first and then decreased. There was no significant change in root-mean-square amplitude and mean frequency of medial and lateral femoris muscles as antagonists in a given cross-contractile flexion and extension exercise (P 0.05). The results suggest that the central nervous system (CNS) with different intensities of isokinetic fatigue has different innervation strategies for active and antagonistic muscles.
