【摘要】：目的:探索長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)激引起的腸道免疫機(jī)能變化機(jī)制以及益生菌的干預(yù)效果。方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)大鼠隨機(jī)分為安靜對(duì)照組、運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)照組、安靜營(yíng)養(yǎng)組、運(yùn)動(dòng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)組,運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)照組和運(yùn)動(dòng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)組大鼠進(jìn)行每周6次、共9周的力竭性跑臺(tái)訓(xùn)練。安靜營(yíng)養(yǎng)組和運(yùn)動(dòng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)組每日灌胃新鮮配制的濃度為107CFU/m L鼠李糖乳桿菌溶液2 ml,9周后觀察血清睪酮(T)、皮質(zhì)醇(CORT)、促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素(ACTH)、脂多糖(LPS),以及小腸組織中白細(xì)胞介素-8(IL-8)、分泌型免疫球蛋白(s Ig A)含量。結(jié)果:與安靜對(duì)照組和安靜營(yíng)養(yǎng)組相比,運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)照組和運(yùn)動(dòng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)組血清ACTH均顯著升高(P0.01),小腸組織中s Ig A與IL-8顯著升高(P0.01;P0.05);血液中LPS水平運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)照組顯著高于運(yùn)動(dòng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)組(P0.05),但安靜營(yíng)養(yǎng)組顯著高于安靜對(duì)照組(P0.01)和運(yùn)動(dòng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:長(zhǎng)期大強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)引起大鼠應(yīng)激激素的分泌增加,進(jìn)而誘發(fā)小腸組織免疫應(yīng)答被激活,炎癥反應(yīng)增強(qiáng);單純補(bǔ)充鼠李糖乳桿菌未能有效改善長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)激造成的內(nèi)分泌及腸道機(jī)能下降,益生菌營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要從菌群平衡的角度來(lái)辯證考慮。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the mechanism of intestinal immune function change induced by long-term exercise stress and the intervention effect of probiotics. Methods: the experimental rats were randomly divided into the quiet control group, the exercise control group, the quiet nutrition group, the exercise control group and the exercise nutrition group. 107CFU/m L Lactobacillus rhamnoides solution 2 ml / 9 weeks later, serum testosterone, cortisone, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and small intestinal white tissue were observed. The content of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and secretory immunoglobulin (Ig A). Results: compared with quiet control group and quiet nutrition group, The levels of serum ACTH in exercise control group and exercise nutrition group were significantly higher than that in exercise nutrition group, while the levels of s Ig A and IL-8 in small intestine tissue were significantly higher than that in exercise nutrition group, while the level of LPS in blood in exercise control group was significantly higher than that in exercise nutrition group, but it was significantly higher in quiet nutrition group than that in quiet nutrition group. Conclusion: Long-term high intensity exercise can induce the increase of stress hormone secretion in rats, and then induce the activation of immune response in small intestine and the enhancement of inflammatory reaction. Lactobacillus rhamnoides supplementation alone can not effectively improve the endocrine and intestinal dysfunction caused by long-term exercise stress. The nutrition of probiotics should be considered dialectically from the point of view of flora balance.
