【摘要】：正跨理論模型(the transtheoretical model of change,TTM)又叫行為分階段轉(zhuǎn)變理論模型(the transtheoretical model and stages of change),其作為綜合性和一體化的心理學(xué)研究方法,近年來在健康行為領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用極為成功,該模型已應(yīng)用于眾多健康行為改變研究,目前在國際上的應(yīng)用亦十分廣泛~([1])。我國大型高海拔區(qū)域的總面積達(dá)250萬
