【摘要】：目的探討CT三維重建圖像下腰椎相關(guān)影像學(xué)參數(shù)在老年腰椎不穩(wěn)診斷中的應(yīng)用。方法對(duì)年齡在60歲以上的120例正常老年人和60例腰椎不穩(wěn)老年患者的腰椎CT掃描圖像進(jìn)行三維重建,在重建圖像上測(cè)量L3~S1相鄰椎體間的矢狀旋轉(zhuǎn)角度Q和相對(duì)移位AO/W,比較不同性別正常老年人和腰椎不穩(wěn)老年患者在矢狀旋轉(zhuǎn)角度Q和相對(duì)移位AO/W是否存在差異。結(jié)果正常老年人和腰椎不穩(wěn)老年患者的腰椎CT三維重建圖像上矢狀旋轉(zhuǎn)角度Q和相對(duì)移位AO/W指標(biāo)存在差異集中在L4~L5、L5~S1節(jié)段,其中男性和女性在L5~S1:QL4~L5和L5~S1:AO/W這3項(xiàng)參數(shù)與腰椎不穩(wěn)患者的數(shù)據(jù)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于發(fā)生在L4~S1這兩個(gè)節(jié)段的老年腰椎不穩(wěn)患者的診斷應(yīng)用腰椎CT掃描重建有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the application of three-dimensional CT reconstruction in the diagnosis of lumbar instability in the elderly.Methods Third-dimensional CT images of lumbar vertebrae were reconstructed from 120 normal subjects and 60 unstable elderly patients over 60 years of age.Sagittal rotation angle Q (sagittal rotation angle Q) and relative displacement (AOP / W) between adjacent vertebrae of L3~S1 were measured on reconstruction images.Results there were significant differences in sagittal rotation angle Q and relative shift AO/W between normal elderly and unstable elderly patients.The data of male and female patients with L5~S1:QL4~L5 and L5~S1:AO/W were significantly different from those of patients with lumbar spine instability (P 0.05).Conclusion Lumbar CT scan reconstruction is useful for the diagnosis of two segments of L4~S1 in elderly patients with lumbar vertebrae instability.
