【摘要】：目的探討采用薄層CT掃描骨診斷骨質(zhì)疏松過(guò)程中,CT值的質(zhì)量控制。方法9根豬的股骨分別在2臺(tái)CT機(jī)上掃描,控制因素:電壓:100 kV及120 kV;電流:150 mAs及328 mAs。數(shù)據(jù)按照骨算法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)算法及軟組織算法輸出,獲得結(jié)果傳輸至個(gè)人圖形工作站。通過(guò)Mask編輯,將數(shù)據(jù)分為單骨比較組和多骨比較組。統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析(1)t檢驗(yàn);(2)Hu及Vσ變化幅度;(3)單因素方差分析;(4)卡方檢驗(yàn);(5)等比驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果SBCG在2臺(tái)CT上所獲得的結(jié)果進(jìn)行兩兩t檢驗(yàn),GE CT 594個(gè)P中有523個(gè)P0.05(523/594),而SIEMENS CT 594個(gè)P中有547個(gè)P0.05(547/594);(2)Hu總的變化幅度為0.0664±0.0506,Vσ總的變化幅度為0.0310±0.0300;(3)單因素方差分析結(jié)果中P0.05的發(fā)生個(gè)數(shù),按與4個(gè)因素相關(guān)性排列,由大到小分別為:電壓機(jī)器=算法電流;(4)卡方檢驗(yàn):Hu與Vσ,P0.01。Hu的kV因素與CT機(jī)器因素,P0.01。Hu的kV因素與算法因素,P0.01。Hu的CT機(jī)器因素與算法因素,P0.05。Hu的mAs因素與其他三種,P0.01;(5)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差與CT值均值近似成等比變化。結(jié)論在基于薄層CT掃描診斷骨質(zhì)疏松過(guò)程中,骨CT值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差系數(shù)具有十分良好的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the quality control of CT value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis by thin slice CT scan.Methods the femur of 9 pigs were scanned on two CT machines. The controlling factors were: voltage: 100kV and 120kV; current: 150,150mAs; current: 328mAs.The data are outputted according to bone algorithm, standard algorithm and soft tissue algorithm, and the results are transmitted to personal graphics workstation.The data were divided into single bone comparison group and multi bone comparison group by Mask editing.Statistical analysis of Hu and V 蟽 changes in Hu and V 蟽 were statistically analyzed.
