【摘要】：為了研究蛋白棒對運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動性疲勞的緩解程度,我們選取40名體育學(xué)院游泳專業(yè)大學(xué)生作為實驗對象進(jìn)行實驗,經(jīng)過為期3個月的研究,結(jié)果表明:觀察組運(yùn)動員體重和肌肉含量較對照組運(yùn)動員明顯提高(P0.05),而體脂率和BMI指數(shù)均顯著低于對照組運(yùn)動員(P0.05)。通過體液檢測分析,證明訓(xùn)練結(jié)束后觀察組運(yùn)動員血液中疲勞相關(guān)指標(biāo)較對照組運(yùn)動員發(fā)生顯著改變(P0.05);尿液中的尿蛋白和尿膽原較對照組顯著下降(P0.05),而唾液中的p H值在觀察組未發(fā)生明顯變化,而較對照組運(yùn)動員顯著提高(P0.05)。通過抗疲勞實驗分析,觀察組運(yùn)動員經(jīng)過訓(xùn)練后,耐力水平,肺活量和血紅蛋白含量較對照組運(yùn)動員顯著提高(P0.05)。所有的研究對象均未發(fā)生任何不良反應(yīng),證明蛋白棒具有效緩解運(yùn)動性疲勞的功能,并具有廣闊的市場前景。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of protein rods on athletes' sports fatigue, we selected 40 college students majoring in swimming in physical education college as experimental subjects. The experiment lasted for three months. The results showed that the body weight and muscle content in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the body fat rate and BMI index were significantly lower than those in the control group. The results showed that the related indexes of blood fatigue in the observation group were significantly different from that of the control group after training, urine protein and urinary choline decreased significantly compared with the control group, but the pH value in saliva did not change significantly in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the athletes in the observation group improved their endurance level after training, through the analysis of anti-fatigue experiment. The vital capacity and hemoglobin content were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). None of the subjects in the study had any adverse reactions, which proved that the protein rod had the function of relieving exercise fatigue effectively and had a broad market prospect.
